AIR TRANSPORT: Be fully responsible for the accuracy of the customer invoice by following up the batch processes launched by IT operations and managing the resolution of potential problems and timing with them. Set up, animate and follow up any project plan aiming to improve the accuracy and the clarity of the customer invoice.

Upon request of any internal or external customers, conduct simple or complex investigation on operational or billing data and processes, to provide a complete support to any user of the invoices, with the ability to produce ad-hoc reports
Communicate and report on project status to all stakeholders, including end customers
Manage any billing process, parameters and tariffs for the customer account, or specific area of billing you are responsible for
Implement and process all necessary quality controls on the data provided to the billing system, to ensure accuracy and coherence of these data, and to correct any inaccuracy or problems
Participate and/or implement any new contract or new agreement signed by SITA, this being done with the support of the IT development teams or with existing development tools available to the billing division
Capturing and translating the customer needs into IT specifications
Performing ad-hoc analysis.
Experience:
3 years in Billing solutions environment with knowledge of SITA-like products and underlying technologies
3 years or more in projects management and/or Customer Support function.
Knowledge & Skills:
Knowledge and experience in database management (SQL)
Knowledge and experience in Arbor BP/Kenan
Good understanding of the Telecommunication and IT business
Understanding of system architecture elements and their interaction
Management tools (MS project, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)
Very good communication skills
Strong customer focus
Fluent in English
Ability to understand the interactions with other functions/processes
Ability to question the methods and processes used
Very good analytical skills

Education & Qualifications:
Academic qualification in engineering or equivalent technical field (telecommunication or science or IT)
Duration: 12 months + contract
