AIRPORT: The role will be to participate in global teams delivering Airport Resource Management Systems to customers, providing ways to improve the customer's business and processes by effectively applying our applications. The successful candidate will act as a consultant, orchestrating and performing the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze customer requirements and needs, and bridge this to the solutions
Provide expert consultancy and advice to customers
Set up and configure the software according to business needs and technical requirements
Conduct user acceptance testing
Conduct workshops and train end-users
Produce functional and technical specifications for development department
Investigate operational problems, identify causes and support the testing and implementation of corrections
Provide expert product support to the sales force.

Education:
University Degree in IT or engineering.
Experience:
Min. 2 years of experience in business analysis and consulting
Experience with implementing software solutions at customers
Aviation business knowledge is an advantage, but not required.
Knowledge & Skills:
Customer focused
Strong problem and conflict management skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse groups at various levels of the organization
Business process understanding and software configuration
Solid technical understanding and experience
MS SQL and Windows Server experience is desirable
JIRA and Confluence experience is desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Additional language skills are desirable
Ability to work independently
Willingness to travel approx. 7 days/month.
Duration: 12 months + or full time.
Rate: Please quote expected salary or day rate.
