AIRPORT: Using your expertise and in-depth knowledge of Airport Operations: Work with clients to understand current business processes; provide focused consultancy to provide new ways to optimize the client's business using Client Technologies; train client superusers and facilitate the configuration and setup of the Client Systems; work with clients and 3rd party vendors to integrate Systems in the local environment; conduct User Acceptance Tests; Provide early-life support after go-live. The role as business consultant includes up to 50% travel activities to customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:

Work with customers to provide consultancy services and advice to resolve key business issues within field of expertise
Consultancy activities include capturing and prioritizing of customer needs and business requirements, re-design of business processes, building customer capabilities to achieve operational efficiencies in cost reduction and/or service improvement
Develop and run structured client workshops and manage activities as required to enable the customer to fully realize the benefits of consultancy
Configure software according to business needs and technical requirements
Act as the bridge between customer and Product Management to bridge new customer requirements and facilitate the evolution of the Client Products
Deliver as part of delivery team consulting assignments to build trusted relationships with customers, present key findings and recommendations, demonstrate technical credibility and obtain field/customer feedback
Provide Subject Matter Expert support to the Sales Force
Execute consulting methodology and quality in accordance with corporate and regional standard (deliverables, customer satisfaction, profitable P&L, various indicators)
Keep current with new technologies and industry trends.
Education and Qualifications
Business, Engineering or Information Systems degree or equivalent work experience required
Business Analysis qualification preferred
Project Management qualification preferred
Experience
At least 7 years of Business and Technical consultancy experience in the IT & Telecommunications industry
Experience implementing complex software solutions at customers
Basic team management experience/working in matrix managed organizations
Operating at Senior levels of customer (Heads of Depts/Functions)
Understanding of Airline Industry IT environment is an advantage, specifically Airport Operations.
Duration: 6 months +
