AIR TRANSPORT: The Senior Business Consultant works closely with account teams and clients and play a key project/program role in Cyber Security consulting engagements to drive consultative-led business development and provide focused consultancy offers to customers. He/She has a leadership role in the pre-sales and delivery activities with consulting and partner teams to generate Cyber Security business consultancy revenues and will be acting as Lead Consultant for delivering Cyber Security engagements. Summary of the main responsibilities:
Pre-sales and business development support and engagement
Lead Consultant on delivering Cyber Security engagements
Management and coordination of partners (in engagements)
Customer presentations, report and quality control
Take part in offer development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Articulate and prove Cyber Security consulting value proposition to the customers (covering the areas of: risk assessment, compliance assessment and advisory)
Drive consultancy in conjunction with account teams and ensure reference customers and case studies are representative of Cyber Security consultancy offering
Deliver directly (act as a Lead Consultant) consulting assignments to build trusted relationship with customers, demonstrate Cyber Security credibility and obtain field/customer feedback
Active engagement and management of partners in delivery of customer engagements; lead partner(s) in engagement delivery; lead small teams of consultants checking and supporting the output and engagement quality
Develop business cases (including cost-benefit analysis), design business architectures and business models, delivery of business audits, discovery assessments, presenting key findings and recommendations to customers
Develop and run client workshops, managing activities as required to fully enable the customer to realize and implement the benefits of the consultancy
Develop in accordance with the Cyber Security practice strategy some new offers; take part in offer development
Take part with business development in pre-sales engagement on Cyber Security; present value to customers; define SoW and Effort sizing; write businesses cases when required
Contribute to the development of regional or local partnerships with external suppliers/partners and evaluate vendor/third party offerings
Keep current with new technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE
At least 6 years relevant experience in a Cybersecurity consulting firm, with risk management and compliance projects (such as: ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, etc)
Ideally experience with a global company (organized in a matrix environment).
Previous experience working with partners
Complex Bid and Proposal Management
Project and Program management skills (ability to demonstrate experience in leading consulting engagements)
ATI (Air Transport Industry) projects may be a plus.

Cybersecurity knowledge:
Strong global knowledge of Cybersecurity, trends and evolution
Good knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and (ideally) the ISO 27001 framework
Good knowledge of the Cybersecurity regulations and standards (such as: PCI-DSS, ISO 27000, etc)
Ability to develop commercial value and to respond to customer’s RFP
Understand the customer's business objectives for assigned projects
Coordinate multiple partners on projects
Expert knowledge of and ability to apply advanced Cybersecurity principles, theories, concepts and techniques.
Plus:
Knowledge of the ATI (Air Transport Industry) and economic drivers including regulation and enterprise specific systems
Experience in Security Operations Center and Threat Intelligence.

Education & Qualifications:
At least Bachelor degree level or equivalent in a technical or business discipline, preferably in Computer Science or Risk management or similar
Masters degree preferred
Cybersecurity certifications / training may be a plus (such as: ISO 27001, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, etc)
