Provide strategic leadership of the overall management of assigned client(s). Work with the client to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies, and identify/implement solutions and products to help achieve client goals. Build and grow client relationships; understand client's business and generate new ideas to enhance client performance; build trust, credibility and referrals; maintain at least once a week C level or equivalent contact with the client; protect and grow the client’s position and revenues; manage a team of three to five delivery professionals with a key focus on quality, on time delivery and budget; foster teamwork and a constructive work environment; manage financial performance - in collaboration with account team, maintain and grow account profitability; work with business development teams to develop new sales proposals; balance client demands with broader client initiatives. Within six weeks from start date prepare a strategic plan, identify key influencers within the client; identify current state, set short and long term objectives and how to achieve them.
