Work with client’s inventory experts to prepare target airlines for the implementation of a new generation inventory service with advanced revenue management capabilities. Client site engagements to baseline the target client's readiness to adopt the new technologies and working practices (revenue management and pricing), working with client’s project management and subject matter experts. Prepare an implementation programme for both technology and process and potentially manage the ensuing systems integration/change management project through to delivery.
