To apply project management best practices to coordinate the airline and client activities (in advance of and during user migration) and enable timely escalation and resolution of any unforseen issues impacting the migration schedule. Accountable for the structure and responsibilities of the overall team, sets the directives in supporting scope, quality, schedule and costs; responsible for implementing the strategy and direction; ensures and manages all deliverables are aligned with the contractual obligations; assists airline in identifying the business benefits; ensures operational support is in place, ensure proper Change, Quality, Risks & Issues management is performed; participant and contributor to both internal and external steering committees; responsible for agreeing a detailed migration plan with the airline; ensures proper governance model is in place and helps control programme finance.
