To support the client’s product manager in the selection of a CRM solution for the airline as well as all supporting activities; understand the ‘as-is’ and develop the ‘to-be’ processes; identify/define 'integration' with the client and other applications; Solution evaluation and selection: Identify how requirements need to be met by solution; define what AI processes the solution components need to deliver against and how; prepare for and conduct an information gathering workshop with AI in order to assess the 'as-is' situation with regard to AI and CRM-related processes.
