Tony  is a highly skilled professional engineer with extensive experience in the fields of Airport Systems, design, installation, test & commissioning and project management.  


He has over 30 years of expertise in engineering including Special Airport, Telecommunications and Security Systems, which includes over 20 years of experience in the management and supervision of system deliverables and construction in accordance with international standards and following ISO quality management requirements.


His areas of expertise include:

  • Systems Integration, design and implementation; 

  • Management of Airport Systems / ICT / ELV / MEP design and construction; 

  • Quality Assurance Documentation and Execution, Test & Commissioning management and administration, Operational Readiness Phasing and testing

  • Training Manual preparation and training of Client Staff, Operation & Maintenance Manuals preparation, Project Close-out management and administration and Tendering & Contractor Evaluation, Benchmark Testing.


Recently Tony has been working at the King Abdulaziz international Airport (KAIA) Project, Jeddah, in a Consultancy role to assist and support KAIA Directorate and GACA IT, and provide expertise for the following in relation to Airport and ICT Systems and Airport Operations.

He also worked at the NDIA Airline Operation Facility Doha, Qatar as the Special Airport Systems and Integration Manager and at Muscat and Salalah International Airports Oman as the Construction and Integration Manager.


Tony is a results-oriented, hands-on construction and development professional who is highly committed, well organised, hard working, reliable and adaptable, accustomed to tight deadlines within pressurised environments, and resilient and tenacious, able to communicate comfortably at all levels.
