Rudy is a senior Management Advisor and Executive Interim Manager with over 25 years of experience in Air Transport and Logistics (air-cargo, customs and trade single window for logistics, fine art & freeport) and e-government sectors (Luxembourg, Singapore).

He worked as the Head of Information Technology (CIO/CTO) and Decision Support Systems of Cargolux Airlines for 10 years and was a Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory for 8 years.

Rudy’s expertise includes Airline & air-cargo network profitability management; Fine Art Freeport and Logistics Services; Logistics, Customs and Trade Facilitation e.g. Single Window for Logistics; Strategic Controlling, Cost and Profitability Analysis, Planning, Re-forecasting; Information Management, Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing and Enterprise Architecture and Business Process Management.


His key experience includes senior advisor of the Luxembourg Ministry of Transport in relation the national e-CMR project and the European FP7 CoRISma project (Integration of Inland Waterways Systems). He is a member of the DG MOVE Digital Transport and Logistics Forum on behalf of the INE (Inland Navigation Europe) and was the Executive advisor and business solutions architect for the design and business plan of a global BI-as-a-Service Managed Solution in the airline industry with initial launch customers in Asia for SITA.


Rudy also coordinated the initial business case and design of a “demonstrator” of the e-Cargo Manifest whereby the World Customs Organization (WCO) Data Model has been implemented as a process and data framework to create a national multi-modal portal between logistics operators, the Customs Administration and other government agencies. The project is sponsored by the Luxembourg Cluster for Logistics, Ministry of Economy and the Luxembourg Customs Administration.
