Most recently he was the Programme Director for the Implementation of new Passenger Services Systems (PSS) at Caribbean Airlines - Migration from SITA to Amadeus Altea PSS.
He has over 20 years' experience as an IT Director / Management / Commercial, involved in planning, coordinating, directing, and designing IT & Non IT-related activities for organizations working closely with senior decision makers to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization. Has also defined and implemented IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Throughout his career Mohammed has been responsible for providing business-focused services, in demanding and time-critical environments and has delivered business change projects on local & global scale.
Examples include Airline PSS - RES/INV and New Generation DCS (Amadeus Altea DCS (CM & FM), Self Service Check-in (Web, Mobile, KIOSK), Airport systems for 3 Major airlines; Airport and airline Systems Integration; Airline E-commerce, Loyalty (Interactive redemption and Upgrade of Loyalty program) implementation, E-Retail); Data Migration (>40 million records); PSS Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR), Business Process Testing (BPT) and Government Security APP and APIS security systems (E-border).
Mohammed also has experience of managing global third party suppliers and contractors and of Stake Holder management to CEO level.
