Laszlo is a senior Aviation Consultant with over 40 year’s experience in the airline business and airport operations.
He has worked as a Project Manager for numerous airline start-ups as well as several major airlines.
His expertise includes all facets of airline operations including Ground Handling, Passenger Handling, Baggage Handling, Station Work, and Cargo, IT.
He is also experienced in airport operations, airport capacity planning, airport departure control systems, aircraft movement/flow planning and emergency procedures.
During his career, Laszlo has gained skills in airline analyses, operational cash-flow management, operational analyses, start-up budgeting and cash-flow analyses, crises management, ground-handling management, network planning, organizational structure and airline reorganization.
He also has experience in airport/airline strategic planning, business plan development, airport facilities management, airport IT systems, departure control systems, airport capacity (aircraft flow) planning and ground operations.
Laszlo has worked throughout Europe and is fluent in English, Hungarian, German, with a business level knowledge in Russian.
