Himanshu is a result-oriented aviation professional with over 15 years’ experience in training, service delivery and client relationship management in the Airline & travel domain.
Himanshu is experienced in the implementation of Airline Passenger service system, Reservations & Ticketing, Departure Control System, Ancillaries, Codeshare & Scheduling at more than a dozen airlines globally.
His key skills include Airlines PSS, Reservation & ticketing, Departure control System, GDS, Training, Analysis and Business Process Modelling.
He also has prepared Train-The-Trainer, Train-the-tester training programs for super-users & system testers for PSS implementations and conducted training sessions based on industry best practices and Client requirements.
Himanshu is currently working for Sabre where he is involved in the training and implementation of SabreSonic Reservation and ticketing, SabreSonic Check-in System, Scheduling Tools, Irregular operations handling, Ancillaries and the Sabre system database.
Prior to joining Sabre he worked with Interglobe technologies in New Delhi India for United Airlines and in the past with RDM, a Lufthansa Systems joint venture in India, as a Process Associate. He was part of the process migration team responsible for knowledge transfer of high value projects related to Ticketing, Reservation and Fare loading for Amadeus, Thomas Cook and Lufthansa Systems.
