Gil is an accomplished senior executive in the aviation industry with over 25 years of international experience.

His key skills include Pricing and Distribution, Revenue Management, Reservations Systems, Information Systems, Consulting, Commercial, Contract Negotiation, Vendor Management, Sales & Marketing and Customer Relationship Management.

 

Gil is able to deal with all levels within an organization and with customer/client organizations, and possesses the ability to build multi-functional, multi-cultural teams.

 

Previous roles have included Head of Airline Digital Channels for Amadeus Airline IT where he was responsible for the Airline Digital Channels Solutions including e-Commerce, Mobile (Desktop, Tablet and Smartphone) and Search and Shopping IT product management, generating annual revenue of approximately USD100million; Head of Reservations & Customer Experience Management; and was General Manager for Revenue Management & Distribution for Air Australia where he was responsible for executing all Revenue Management, Pricing and Distribution activities.

 

Gil also worked for SITA for nearly 10 years as the Director of Passenger and Travel Solutions. He managed major and complex bids, sales campaigns and coordinated the overall PTS sales efforts, in order to ensure the successful growth of the PTS business.

 

He is experienced in Best Practice and Change Management Procedures and Line Management.

 

Gil is an excellent communicator, trouble shooter and problem solver.
