He has more than 20 years of experience building and managing teams ranging from five to more than 100, including simultaneously managing cross-cultural international project teams spanning 14 countries.
He has led engagements including data center relocations; technology outsourcing (service transformation) and migration teams; business process engineering and organizational change initiatives; complex large-scale technology systems integrations and implementations.
Recently Chris has been working at SITA where he has been responsible for the full project life cycle delivering time critical, complex, multi-million-dollar software, hardware and infrastructure solutions on time and on budget to various entities (government, airline, airport) - utilizing IT Resources in “Highly Matrixed” organizations.
Chris delivered contracts from $2M - $200M+ USD: Program Deliverables include the implementation of border management solutions for governments in North / Central / South America, Middle East, Europe, Africa and Asia.
His IT strategy skills include Application Development, SDLC and Systems integration program management using PMBOK, Agile/SCRUM/Kanban Method and Waterfall.
Chris has a PMI PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute and speaks fluent French.
