Amaduddin has more than 20 years of experience in Aviation IT Solutions, Customer Service Management and operations for Information Technology (IT) Designing Services, Infrastructure, Passenger and Baggage Solutions for the Aviation sector.


He has provided Customers with professional, timely, accurate and effective proposals to provide for SITA services and Huawei Networking and IT solutions and has driven new business opportunities by leveraging knowledge of information technologies as well as meeting future needs of the Air Transport industry.


Amaduddin has successfully delivered solutions for outsourcing, managed services, network and desktop projects for various clients in Asia Pacific, and designed solutions for Airlines and Airports for their Passenger processing, Baggage processing, AOCC, AMS/FIDS, Outsourcing, Managed Services, Network, End User computing, Muliti-Airport projects for various clients in Asia Pacific.


His most recent achievements include managing a USD10M bid and design solution for CUTE, Self-service and BSM new terminal in Jakarta Indonesia (CGK T3) 2016. Managing, design RGN T1, CUTE bid and he was the Solution Designer as well as the Operations Solution Lead for Passenger and Baggage processing solution for KLIA and KLIA 2 deal valued at 100M.


Amaduddin is currently in Singapore where he is the Senior Manager for Aviation Solutions which involves but is not limited to designing and customising the solution to meet Airline's, Airport's and ground handler’s requirements and increasing efficiency, developing airports into Smart Airports, increasing their security, revenue and efficacy; helping airports to reduce cost of operations and increase profitability with increase of transformation business;  Building Airport Crisis Management center along with AOCC.


He has a BS Computer Engineering and has twice been awarded with the Excellence in Action for Customer Focus.
